Fellowship Hall

Fellowship Hall is a 70-unit cooperative, garden apartment complex located in Bedford Hills, N.Y.

Under the guidance of the late Lee Fairchild, Pastor Emeritus of our Church, Fellowship Hall, a senior housing co-op, was constructed in 1962 to provide low cost and comfortable housing for people of at least 62 years, who have limited annual incomes (based on guidelines established by NY State). These cooperative apartments require an equity payment.

The Fellowship Hall Board of Directors consists of seven church members and six residents. The church also offers pastoral and social support for the residents.

There are waiting lists for various types of apartments. While Fellowship Hall is sponsored by The Presbyterian Church of Mount Kisco, it make no requirements as to race or creed. The church's sole interest is to provide affordable living quarters for eligible Senior Citizens.
